WebUI 1.0.0

WebUI 的版本号直接从 1.0.0 开始，目前而言无需激烈地重构了。
WebUI 使用 pnpm 管理构建流程，构建需要使用 `pnpm build` 。Kimi 说使用 `npm run build`
可能也行，等待测试了。
